The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic
\nGames (LOCOG) is the first Games organiser to publish a food vision. The task
\nwe have set ourselves is considerable: to deliver a catering operation of the
\nhighest quality, on a gigantic scale. And to do that sustainably.<\/p>\n
\u30d5\u30fc\u30c9\u30d3\u30b8\u30e7\u30f3\u304c\u7b56\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u306e\u306f\u3001\u30ed\u30f3\u30c9\u30f3\u304c\u6700\u521d\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n

All fish demonstrably sustainable** with all wild-caught
\nfish meeting the FAO Code of Conduct for Responsible
\nFisheries (includes Marine Stewardship Council
\ncertification and Marine Conservation Society \u2018fish
\nto eat\u2019), of high quality, fit for purpose and free
\nfrom damage or spoilage.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Exclude the worst: complete exclusion of those species and stocks identified
\nby the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) as \u2018fish to avoid\u2019.
\n\u2013 Promote the best: inclusion of all Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
\n(or equivalent) and MCS \u2018fish to eat\u2019 list.
\n\u2013 Improve the rest: require systematic approach to traceability and
\ndemonstrable sustainability for the rest, with reference to FAO Code of
\nConduct for Responsible Fisheries; new IUU regulation; fishery sustainability
\nstatus; seasonality to avoid spawning seasons; use of a diversity of species
